You will receive another 3-9 emails over the next 5-7 business days (be sure to also look in your spam folder), potentially from various sources (godaddy, tucows, at&t, hibu, melbourneit, networksolutions, register, pdr, publicdomainregistry, bravenet, inmotionhosting, etc) that must be forwarded immediately and exactly as-is to email@example.com for further processing. DO NOT act upon any of the content of these emails. If in doubt, forward email messages to us, we will discard what we do not need.
After all the process emails have been completed, it may take up to the entire 7 business day period for the transfer to complete. Any transfer failures cannot be re-attempted until the 7 business day period is over, and transfer retries may incur charges. Once a transfer is complete, and the new dns records are applied, it can take upto 8 hours for the new dns records to propogate.
We will notify you of a successfully completed transfer, after that notice from us, you may then cancel any unneeded services related to that domain at your previous registrar/host. DO NOT CANCEL ANY SERVICES PRIOR TO OUR NOTIFYING YOU OF TRANSFER SUCCESS, AS THAT MAY FORFEIT YOUR DOMAIN with the previous registrar.
