To cancel a domain, simply contact your sales rep or the company president to cancel the necessary products from us, and your domain will be marked for non-renewal on its next renewal date (which may not be the same as your customer agreement anniversary).

We cannot immediately drop an active domain, the domain must expire on its renewal date, and then enter the remediation period of the respective backend registrar utilized for your domain, thereafter that registrar may reserve the right to resell or auction the domain. If you want to keep your domain, it must be transferred-out while active, and the transfer-out must be completed 45 days prior to the renewal date of the domain itself. Once a domain has expired, it may not be possible to regain it at any cost.
