Solution

In the event that you have a domain that was supplied as part of a separate purchase with a previous third-party, where the host does not supply you with registrar access (such as the case with YP, HIBU, etc):

Per this article: https://help.dollaradaysites.net/knowledgebase.php?article=23 you will have supplied us with the necessary info so that we may schedule and contact you and your host together via a 3-way call that we initiate. During this call, which should take 15 to 45 minutes (depending on speed of the host's call center), you will authenticate that you are you with the host, and authorize them to talk to us. From there we will steer the conversation to the appropriate department and request the necessary steps.
