The knowledgebase is a categorized collection of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles. You can read articles in this category or select a subcategory that you are interested in.
To do so at a glance, you can check activity logs.
Or from within a Workspace, hit the Share/Invite button, if they are still listed as their email address and not their first and last name - they haven't completed the invite yet.
