CLICK HERE to open a support ticket to have your webmail addressbook and/or filters moved to the next version of webmail.

Why do we require this? We have hundreds of email users, not all of them currently use our webmail system. Submitting this ticket lets us know that you use our webmail system as a primary means to operate your email account, and puts you higher in the queue to have your addressbook and filters moved into the next version of the system. Our goal is to restore complete service to webmail users as expediently as possible.

Your login link and credentials will not change with the next version of webmail, you will not have to do anything different.

If you do not use our webmail system as a primary means to operate your email account, then the addressbook and filters do not apply to you - and there is no further action required on your part.
