 my junk folder content moved?

Solution

a email storage host change on 10/9/18 caused content that was stored in the 'junk' folder to be misaligned to another folder.
Does this affect me?
If you have messages that were in your junk folder, that are now missing - yes.
If you use our webmail to check your email - possibly, if you had messages in the junk folder.
If you use our webmail system's filters to move messages to the 'junk' folder - yes.
If you never use webmail to check your email - no.
